وجاء في البيان: “يعرب باريس سان جيرمان عن سعادته البالغة بجلسة الاستماع التي عقدتها اللجنة اليوم والتي استمرت ساعتين، ويذكر النادي أن اللاعب قدم التزامات عامة وواضحة يجب احترامها، بعد أن حصل على مزايا غير مسبوقة من النادي على مدار سبع سنوات رائعة في باريس”.

مضيفًا: “وفي ضوء الحجج الشفوية والموثقة التي قدمها النادي، أصرت اللجنة على ضرورة الوساطة بين الطرفين، وهو ما يسعى إليه باريس سان جيرمان منذ عدة أشهر، وقد دعت اللجنة الآن اللاعب إلى النظر في عملية الوساطة”.

Mayoral is apparently valued at £20m, with Getafe sticking to their financial model of selling players for a considerable profit. The Spaniard only cost them around £8.5m when he joined from Real Madrid in 2022.

He's not just up there in Spain either – he's also eighth in the overall leaderboard for Europe's big five leagues, edging out Wolves' primary marksman Hwang (10).

The innings was even more special for the situation, having arrived at the crease in the second over before Hampshire were reduced to 65 for 4 and struggling.Vince put on a record 186-run stand for the fifth wicket with Liam Dawson and guided his side to 331 before Hampshire bowled Gloucestershire out for 246 to complete a 71-run victory by the DLS method.Hampshire were put in on a good-quality wicket, with variable conditions throughout the match, and initially struggled, with Chris Liddle the chief destroyer with the ball.David Payne was the first to strike as Tom Alsop attempted an extravagant drive in the second over and was bowled through the gate.
